I have a 99 f150 and I have the front valence without fog lights or tow hook cut outs I was wondering in the same year front valence with the fog light would simply replace my current one

 

Any valance from '99 - '03 F-150 (except Lightning and possible Harley), or Expedition '99 - '02 (I think) will bolt right up. You have your choice of no fogs or tow hooks, fog only, tow hook only or fog and tow hooks.
