Need help asap!!!!!
OK, I don't need the negative comments, I know I should not have let him do it so please, save em'. Ok, let a friend of mine paint my badges using krylon fusion paint. Problem: he painted them on the truck which resulted in overspray. He then deemed it ok to use LAQUER THINNER to remove the overspray!!!!!!!
Now my truck which is charcoal beige has what looks to me like smear marks around the badges. I've tried clay bar, and rubbing compound and still the marks are there. Any ideas as to how to fix this problem, it looks like ****!!!!

hmmm, could you post a pic so we can see the damage? It will be helpful to see how much you're dealing with.
If the damage is widespread, I suspect a body shop is the best place to get such a mistake fixed. If it's confined, and the paint is intact (save scratches) you may be able to get automotive grade sandpaper and buff them out...but before any official recommendations, please post a pic

i work crazy hours so it might be a bit before a pic is posted, but the damage isnt really widespread, pretty localized around the badges, about a 2 or 3 in. wide sphere around each badge so at least it's not to terrible, and the clearcoat isn't gone, just kinda milky looking
