I bought one from them for my XLT and it fell off this winter (3 months old). Called them and told them I used de-natured alcohol to clean it and they said they would "do the best they can and send it to me for only 7.00 shipping. I told them that was exactly what I paid last time and that they could send it in a .49 padded envelope for .78. they would not do it. Anyone else sell these items?
