For a 2004 supercrew new body style where can I find the key pad code.

 

i do know its printed on the control module mounted on the back wall of the cab behind the back seats. not sure if its listed anywhere else on the truck though
its the black box on the back wall on the right side of this picture. its listed on the white sticker on the module.

 

Other than that, it was put on a card that is in the owners manual case (I assume that is gone), the only other way to get it is go to the dealer and have him hook it up to a computer and read the code from the security module. If you bought the vehicle from a Ford dealer, mayb e you you can get him to do that for nothing. Otherwise it will probably cost around $80.
