i'd really like to do some more blacking out on my truck. i want to get rid of the chrome on the rear bumper. im guessing theres a way to sand it off. I don't have access to any bead blasting equip so its gotta be by hand. and what would be the best way to prep and paint it? im going with flat black.

 

If you look on your local craigslist you find people the do sandblasting, I would just call and get a quote you might find some good deals, that is your best option otherwise try maybe finding something that rotates with a wire brush on it, wire brushes are great for scrapes up chrome and steel wool works to.
