Rear Seat Belts in SCREW Locking Up

Not sure which section to post......

I have a KR '09 SCREW andI have been in the back 2 times and have had the seat belts lock up on me. I had to unlock/relock the belt to get any relief.

Texas passed a law now requiring all rear seat passengers to be belted. Once or twice a month, I go out with passengers that ride in the back seat. Tonight, I had complaints, expecially from my wife, in regards to the shoulder belt locking up.

Has anyone else had any problems with this? I am still under warranty and ready to head back to the dealer to see if they can stop the bit**ing from you know who. I have not had any problem with the seat belts in the front.

Thanks

Ken

I own a 2001 Screw and all seatbelts other than the driver's are made to do this, there is a procedure to change these back to the emergency-only lock-up type of belts...the procedure should be explained in your owner's manual, I just discovered this feature a few days ago...I don't have my owner's manual in front of me otherwise I'd just copy it verbatim.
