Best way to fix rock chips in paint?

I have a 09 KR about 5 months old. A rock-hauler #&*# passed me and a lot of small rocks hit my truck. Just washed it and found several chips in the paint on the hood and front fender.

They are all very small, pin-head size. The last time I used some touch-up paint, I was not satisified with the results. This was from Ford and had a brush that left a large glob of paint that was impossible to smooth out.

Are there any better suggestions on how to fix this.

Thanks

All you can do is fill and repaint chips.

I had the same problem with the touch up paint i was using so i found some touch up paint at my local auto zone with a pen that you use to fix smaller chips and it dosent clump.

The ford touch up paint from the Stealership has the pen. Touch up work is usually dicey but it helps stop rust.
