Has any one who has a manual rear sliding window have the problem of it rattling ??

This problem cropped up about 2 years ago and I took it to the dealer, and as usual they could not or would not look for it. as soon as i drove from the dealer, it started up again, and it is still happening...

how can i make it stop....I know the electric windows had this problem, and the window had to be removed.
