Broken rear shock mount

So about a week ago while playin around in a fairly rocky/rough area I hit a pretty good size rock with my rear axle and it ripped the entire shock mount in half off the passenger side of the axle. Half the bracket is still on the axle and the other piece is bolted on to my shock which is now hanging freely underneath. Anyways what should I do to go about fixing this? A local custom body shop told me they could fix it for $90 but I didnt know if there was an easier/cheaper route that would work just as well. Thanks in advance!

Either welding it back on, if it's not damaged beyond that or removing what is left and welding a new one is the only options I know of? You might check around but all things considered $90 probably isnt that bad?
