So i wanna take off the door mouldings on my 03 Scab are they just glued on or are there gonna be alignment holes?

 

Neither

They are taped on. You'll want to make sure that your truck is either sitting in the sun or you use a hairdryer/heatgun to help w/ removal. If not, you run the risk of ruining the molding (in case you ever want to put it back on). It's fairly straightforward although taking all the excess tape residue off your truck kinda sucks.
