Peeling paint???

I have a 01 Screw. I just noticed that a little bit of paint is starting to flake or peel off on the roof! Has anyone else experienced this? I think the truck may have been re-painted before I bought it in 2005, but the carfax report showed nothing. Anyone with a factory peeling paint job or did I buy a truck with a 300 dollar maaco paint job that is starting to go to hell??

In my wheel wells, the paint is flaking off... I'm really curious to see how well some DuPont paint will hold up when I have my left bedside quarter panel replaced and repainted.

Heck, I even have paint flaking on the bottom of my passenger side door panel. I wonder if I should pay some extra $$ for them to repaint the entire truck... hmm...

The factory paint is just junk.

Then again, Ford had a mass recall on 1990-1993 F250-F350 trucks on the paint flaking.

Godforbid they do that on the 2004-2008 F150s...

On my 98, the paint is flaking on the roof especially on the grooves that run on both sides of the roof..

What I got was $800 str8 if your lucky If you got some hook-up. That included body repair, dents, clear coats, etc.
Thats paint included .. well for me.
But for you maybe $1500?
I haven't gotten a paintjob, I care more about the engine.

My paint is peeling too, along the acetoned badges, while I was taking the masking tape of it pulled paint to.

My 00 Harley F150 the entire roof is peeling and has started to rust, the doors and hood are cracking and about to start to peel as well. Love my truck, looks horrible now. Can't afford the $4500 dollars to completely strip the paint off so the new paint has something to stick to.... I hope I can get it painted soon, or else the entire roof will rust totally through. I've even sunk to the low of putting rustolium rattle paint on the roof to preserve the parts that were starting to rust. Ford will offer no assistance, I'm the second owner of the truck and it started to peel at 48000 miles.....
