Grille Surround Removal

How can you remove the grille surround without breaking it or the grille? I have a chrome one and a buddy of mine has a painted one and we would like to trade. We would just trade the whole grille but mine is broke behind the billet grille overlay and he wants to keep the factory honeycomb grille. I have looked around for just the center part of the grille that I could put my surround on but I am coming up empty. Any help you guys can give me will be appreicated.

Heat-gun, Heat-gun, Heat-gun, and a couple of spade screw drivers is all you need with a little patience.

Definatley get a heatgun and just start at one end and work your way to the other, take your time so you don't over heat them and it works without breaking a single clip. As for centers, ebay has a bunch of different ones or the black OEM centers.
