Will it fit?
So since my STX lower valance is $500 plus I am going to get a replacement lower valance for my year(2003 2wd), will the replacement lower front valance fit onto my bumper?

Should be fine.

I saw an 04 Heritage STX at a lot near my apartment that had been fixed after a wreck and had the non-STX lower valance/fogs on it. (That was my clue about that wreck.)
