Best source for replacement bumpers?

I'm going to be replacing my existing bumpers with new ones. I have painted ones now, which are starting to rust, and I'm changing them over to chome, but was wondering if anybody knows the best place to get replacements? I don't really want to go with used because it seems like they are all in the same boat as mine, or damaged, and they're charging what you can get a new aftermarket one for. I've seen a ton of aftermarket OE replacements on Ebay, but am not sure about the quality. Maybe somebody who has one can vouch for it? The best would probably be right from Ford, but the prices are through the roof. Anybody have any suggestions?

LMC is a place to look, but I'd sell you mine for $100. It's completely chrome, free of rust and has been well taken care of. You may have to wait until i get my new painted bumpers, but I'll still sell them.

It's an 04 Heritage, which is the OBS so it will fit yours.
