OK , when I had my jeep I had rocker skids on it. Now I go this P.O.S. with the rotted out rockers, and body know of any rockers skids for this.

 

It's not an f150 but here's what I did with my explorer. I cut the rotted rockers out. I then used 2x2 and 2x4 box steel and made my own with some help from a buddy. Nice thing is that I gained 2 inches of clearance under the body since I cut out over 4"s worth of body off the truck. I only got one run in on them before the truck went into the garage for an SAS. I did lean on them pretty heavy though and they worked great.
