Hoping for some help or guidance if there is a problem with my windshield. At 60 and higher, I swear it is rattling near the upper corners, and depending on the wind direction and weather, it may happen on one side or the other, sometimes both corners The outside trim seems tight to the windshield, but is it possible this could be fluttering somehow at higher air flows causing it to vibrate against the windshield, or do you think it is just a bad piece of glass with the poly glue letting loose a little. The truck now has 15000 on it, and I have owned it from new. Any thoughts? Thanks.

 

The black plastic strip that runs up the side of the windshield and over the cab is probably flapping in the wind, I had the same noise onn my 05 until I put a dab of marine goop under the strip to hold it still. I believe there is a TSB about the strip as well.
