my buddy is sellin a 76 ford f-150 4x4 witha terrible body but its only 360 dollas and i already have a 89 f-150 2x4 could i swap the bodys ? same bed,regular cab etc

 

sure, you could, but keep in mind your vin on your new cab will not match the vin on your frame,etc. you would be better off converting your 2WD truck to 4WD using your friend's truck for parts, for titling/insuring purposes, etc.

 

im never gonna sell it i just wanted to know if the frames are trhe same width etc
