Hey guys,

Just went out to the truck this morning and found that someone sideswiped the driver side mirror busting off some of the housing.(teaches me not to leave it out for the night again)

The mirror works fine but now the housing is cracked and a piece is broken off.


Is there anyway to just replace the housing or am I looking at buying a whole new mirror??

Also, what's the cheapest place to get the parts.

P.S. Mirror is off an XLT with just the power function....i.e. no turn or heat.

 

Cheapest route is going to be Ebay. There's no way to replace just the housing. I picked up an 04 mirror with power and turn for 75 bucks last year and installed it myself.

Check this guy out on EBay. I got a left side power mirror from him for $26 a few weeks ago.

Thanks for the help. I just checked his auctions and he didn't have just a power one, but I e-mail them so lets hope they possibly have an extra.
