i currently have a whelen led dash light and am looking to get something else maybe in the grill was wondering if any one else has emergency lights and where you mounted them. was thinking of putting two whelen tir3's in the grill, any suggestions??? i have a billet grill just wondering how visible they would be behind grill.


any suggestions, ideas appreciated.


p.s. i am a volunteer FF with a valid light permit, not just a kid looking to play with them.

 

I do.... I have 4..LX4`s...two behind grill and two in lower grill

 

not sure about behind a billet grill but i have whelen remote strobes behind the mesh on my ranch hand and those along with the headlight strobes, red and blues in the fogs, and federal siren clear traffic pretty well.

 

mine are behind the grille. and i have a wig wag flasher kit on them

 

here is my light set up there are still a few lights that are going on there but this is what i have. Code 3 mx7000 with lower level leds. code 3 grill lights whelen dash light 4 90watt strobes in my tail lights and 2 90watt strobes in my head lights. here are some pics
