armreset/doorhandle broke

2001 supercrew. Tan interior.

When shutting the door yesterday, I pulled on the interior armrest/handle to swing the door shut. I gave it a pretty good jerk and I heard a "pop". In front of the handle is all the switches. I removed all the switches (lift on the front of the switch panel and remove). Now I can see what broke. There is a screw in there to hold the panel on and make the armrest/handle tight with the door. The plastic between the door and the armrest broke.

Can that piece of plastic be replaced?
Do I need to get a whole new door panel?
Where is a good place to buy either part?

Thanks.

My guess is that the plastic acts as a washer
to keep the head of the screw from pulling
through the panel. A little creative work with a
real washer, some epoxy will get you back.

Thanks for the reply.

The tab is part of the hard plastic that supports the armrest. I'm hoping this is a part that can be bought separately.
