When I lift my tailgate it makes a very violent "POP" noise....it also seems to be seized somewhat when opening....I`ve lubricated both bushings while the tailgate was off....I understand there is a "Lift assist" torsion bar inside...the truck is out of warranty is this something I can fix by myself?
