Fog Lights retaining water

Fog Lights retaining water

why would my fog lights be retaining water??

Check the seal where the bulbs seat. There isn't anything to keep water coming off the front wheels from slinging onto the back of the lamp. Pull the bulbs out and blow the water/condensation out. Another possibility is a breach in the fusion between the lense and the body of the lamp. Aftermarket offshore lamps are famous for this. Had any front end parts replaced?
