Yeah, it's a J-hook. You'll still have to drill the toolbox, but noy the bedrail. I have the same black powdercoat low profile challenger series box, I found that that kit the hooks are too wide...not enough clearance between bedrail and outside of box...had to find 2 smaller hooks at hardware store, but they hold fine. I prolly have 200 pounds of pipe threading/grooving tools in there and it hasn't shifted once.
*edit* I just saw in the link it says no drilling, will not void manufacturers warranty. I think it means no drilling the truck bedrail, but not the tool box. And it also says requires 5/8" clearance on both sides, and with that box I don't think I got 5/8", I got maybe, maybe 3/8"

Ive got a no drill toolbox mount that just clamps to the bed then you just bolt into it. I love it. I definitly didnt want to drill into the truck. My dad got em for me. Not sure where though. I know Wally World has em. Or at least mine does.
i know no matter what mount you go with you will need to drill on the box side of it, which doesn't bother me it's drilling on the truck side that i didn't want to do. yeah i wasn't sure it would have the 5/8 clearance either that's why i didn't pick them up. i got to get the box in the back of the truck today and take a look for sure
i got these, theyve been on about 3 months now and no problems at all

I have pretty much the same ones you have. I had them on for about a year and a half. No problems.
