Windshield leaks...
my friends did this and he had to replace the fuse box....had to just get a whole new windshield...the company said the factory didnt put the right one in..and that it had a huge gap all they way around it
Ultimately the windshield should be removed, and reseated. I found out the hard way that this problem is common in my years Exp'd & F-150. However it is possible to remove the hood cowling and add a bead of silicone caulking to the base of the windshield across the hood. You had better resolve this before a heavy rain drives enough water under the windshield to short out your General Ele. Module. Of which Ford inconveniently placed directly behind the IP and under the windshield.
Best possible resolve may be taking the unit to an Auto Glass shop and getting that windshield re-seated. I'm sure that any experienced Auto Glass shop has heard about this fault in the Ford Series Trucks.

Correcting the problem...
I found out that the windshield had been replaced and was not seated right. Called the company who installed it and they will replace it again with a new windshield at no cost. Pretty cool since it was done by the owner before me....
Thanks to all!!!
