I originally bought a Tractor Supply box and it sucked. You had to be up in the bed to shut it. Usually I had to sit on it for it to shut. I sold it and bought a used UWS box off of craigslist and love it. It operates very smoothly and can shut with one finger. It also is built way tougher than the TSC box.

You get what you pay for. I have bought Husky and Tractor Supply Toolboxes. They both sucked. I bought a used RKI toolbox that was 6 years old and it still works like new. I work in construction and open my toolbox 10 times a day. It works great.
