2007 and up Lincoln LT door handles?

2007 and up Lincoln LT door handles?
I have a 2006 Blk Lariat S.Crew and HATE that on the plastic door handle surounds. Does anyonoe know if you can replace them with the Lincoln LT surrounds? And if so about how much $ and how involved would this mod be???
