I have the honeycomb insert with a chrome surround. I would like to change the surround to black or the body color. What are my options? Do I use a rattle can and paint it black or could I find one with the oem body color? Thanks guys.

I'm pretty sure you can't paint chrome and expect the paint to stay on.

I got the chrome one w/ my truck and changed it out. Went and got one from Ford and it was $200 or $250 for the grill and surround and $100 for paint at the dealership's body shop. The paint came w/ a guarantee and looks like it came from the factory, but in hind sight I should have come on here and seen if anyone wanted to trade.....and there's always craigslist.
