97 F150 Scab.....my 3rd door on the passenger side will not budge!

You can pull the handles but nothing unlatches. So mad. Is there some kind of child lock for the 3rd door? It wouldn't make sense if there was because of the fact that you have to open the passenger's door first. I've taken the panel off and looked around, but everything looks normal except the latches on top and bottom will not open.

Any suggestions or solutions or reasoning???

while pulling on the door handle, push the lock, and then unlock buttom. see if that gets it open

 

search 3rd door, I saw a solution somewhere, something about a cable snapped or something.
