Rear Slider install

I just found a complete back Slider for $20 from a old guy parting out his truck. Has anyone had any problems with the slider leaking, or being noisey. I want a rear slider but not so much that I have to put up with the noise if they are prone to leaking?

If it's factory, it's glued in place. You have to remove the interior trim around the window to get at the nuts that hold the exterior trim in. Take that off and you'll see your window glued in. The are prone to leaking and Ford came out with a new window assy with a better seal, You can't get the seal separately. I'd pay to have a glass shop install it. Less headaches and the work will be guaranteed by the installer.
