They're OK. If the dent is big, it probably won't do much for you, maybe just get some of it out. If they are small dents or dings, I've had a good amont of success with those types of products.

I have used them on a door of my old 93 f150. The door was pusked in like some1 fell into it. maybe 1ft in diameter it came out with no problems. But if the dent has a crease to it, no luck on those.
