I hit a deer on the way to work the other day. Damage wasn't too bad as I got slowed down a lot. Deer (he had a pretty nice rack) got up and took off as I hit him in the butt.
Here's the damage:



Took a chunk out of the plastic grille and cracked the headlight.
I found a headlight on eBay for like $13. Anyone know where I can get a replacement grille for cheap? I found one on eBay for $77 shipped. Anybody have an idea about how much it'll cost to get painted?

By the last winter a big rig flung up a chunk of ice or something on the interstate and it hit my bumper:



What do you guys think is the cheapest route to fix this? Bumper cover, Pull off, etc.?
