My rear bumper is bent down from a slow speed rear end collision. I've looked int he repair articles and formum archives and haven't found instructions on how to remove the bumper/replace the brackets. From what I can tell, the bumper is ok, but the brakets are mangled. Can I remove the bumper and replace the brakets without special tools and without my wife calling 911? (I know the difference between clockwise and counterclockwise, and I have wrenches and sockets, but I am no auto technician) If so, how?
