Body lift/brushguard.

Body lift/brushguard.

ok so i want to put a body lift on my already lifted 1999, f150. only thing is i want a brush guard of some sort, so dose anyone have any idea on were to get one? for a body lifted truck?

im not sure where you could get one but i had a burshguard on my exploder, when i put on a 3" BL the headlights lined up pretty poorly with the brushguard and really restricted the beam. the bar for the guard basicly split the headlight beam in half. though that could just be an explorer problem.

my best guess is you could get some steel stock and fabricate a new mount for the brushguard, beyond that no idea.

Great guess, you're 100% accurate. You would need to fabricate brackets to put the brush guard on your f150 with a 3" BL. I am looking at doing the same thing. Otherwise, it won't line up right.

im runnin a ranchhand brush guard real mean lookin it has adjustable bracket as i have a 3in body and it lines up great.
