brush guard

what are those brush guards called that replace your bottom bumper and stick out far, for that offroad look? or where can i find information on where to purchase one?

thats a bumper replacement. not a brush guard. they are pretty expensive. you can get some good ones at http://ranchhand.com/frontbumperreplacements.htm

If you want a grille guard your best bet IMO would be to troll the classifieds. I just snagged a one peice Westin Sportsman with all the brackets and hardware for $60, with a little spray paint it will look just like a brand new $300+ one.
