Body rot?

My '01 F150 screw is disolving. The rockers are paper thin, you can push on them and see them move in and hear the rust cracking. I know I live in the "salt belt" but come on this is crazy. 7 years old and this sever of rust already? What is going to happen in a few more years? Also the bottom of the doors are getting ugly as well. I read the post on cracked doors, but is there anything on excessive rust? The truck is great shape other wise. 94k on it.

I can't give you any help. I also live in the rust belt, I've noticed rust on the following places: the bottoms of the doors, the core support (very rusty), under the tailgate on the bed, and the brake and fuel lines are pretty rusty. The truck looks great from the outside.

I talked to my local stealership, the service manager told me to bring it up. He would like to see it, said he cant guarantee anything but he will take some pics and send them to some higher up guy. Maybe the guy is blowing smoke but at least he offered to look at it.
Any idea what it might cost to have these replaced? I know it will be alot of time, but any guestamations????
