Rearbumper pushed in

Tonight I backed into a poll and pushed in the right rear bumper in about 3/4 of an inch. Can this be pulled back out with out much trouble? Any idea of the cost? FYI 06 F-150 SCrew

I had to have my bumper and all the brackets (including the hitch,Its one of the brackets) replaced. A mustang decided to destroy itself with my bumper. The total was about 1700. The price of the bumper alone is about 500 plus paint if you need it.

Most places will not repair a bumper as it is considered safety equipment. Aka 5mph bumpers. Once hit, they may not meet the standards any more.

Where did you get the brackets?
