Question Windshield Wiper Length?

Just like the title says! I bought a pair of the Michelin wipers from Wally-World, but went with the little computer's suggested 20" length. I think they're a little too short.

I think the truck originally had 22" ANCOs on it (which suck most heinously, IMNSHO).

My question is this:

Could I use a 24" on the driver's side and a 22" on the passengers, like my wife's Taurus? I think she has 22" on driver's and 20" on passenger's.

Help a guy out!

I don't think it would be a problem as long as it doesn't hit the windshield molding while it is in motion.

Sweet! I have looked at the length of the sweep marks (REALLY gotta wash my truck!), and I have more than another inch beyond the 22" marks. I was just concerned I'd frak up the motor or linkages with too much blade on there.

Thanks for the replies!

The truck originally came with 20". Not sure you can go as big as 24 or not. Other question is how much strain it would put on the motor with the extra drag.
