bumper dent removal help

I have a 02 f150 with a chrome rear bumper... I backed into a post and have a small dent on the bumper (size of a thumb nail) --- kindo of on the right rear side.... I can access the dent from both sides easily..... Is there a way to fix it?

The dent isn't very deep --- 1/8 to 1/4 inch at most.

You might be able to hammer it out from the backside of the bumper using a brass drift and ball peen hammer.

Are there any cracks or anything where it was hit?
