Straighten front bumper

Hit a deer last night and the right side of my front bumper is pushed in about 4 inches, just enough so that the edge barely scrapes the tire when I'm making a sharp turn.

Is there a way I can pull the bumper back out a few inches? I can see the struts to which the bumper is attached are pushed in a bit, but are not creased or comprimised in any way.

Can I attach a chain to the struts and use another car to pull them out? Is there some other way to do this (other than paying $$$ to get a new front end)?

Thanks.

If you dont have a bender, do the safest way, remove the bumper, put a hard hehind it, use a regular hammer or a sledge hammer ( not mad man hits ) and try hitting it till its leveled out.
