I have a 2004 screw. Back passenger window dropped inside to the door panel. I pulled the door panel cover off but I can't see much. There is power, when I try to roll down or up I can see the cabling moving, and trying to work, but nothing happens. I can manually move the window up and down but when up, window slowly falls back down. Any idea's?

unfortunatlly you will have to replace the window regulator. the wire that runs through the pully usally gets wound up
