My truck (2005 F150 STX) was recently inolved in a hail storm and the hood looks like a golf ball. My insurance company gave me $2000 to get the truck fixed and I'm looking into getting a a ram air hood since the stock hood is going to run me $680 unpainted. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this company (www.ramairhood.com)? Should I order a painted hood or ready to paint? Will the paint be a good match or do I have to blend it with the fenders? Is there a store in Austin, TX I could order the hood through?
