lost two of my hood bolts and wanted to see if i could just go to a local Kragen or Home Depot to buy replacements, since I'm sure dealerships will charge double.

anyone know bolt size and thread of the bolts for the hood?

 

I work for Home Depot and everytime we have someone come in with a bolt for a vehicle we have to send them to a dealership or even somewhere like pep boys. The thread patterns on most of the bolts I have seen for vehicles are different then the thread patterns that you would see in Home Depot or Lowes. I'd recommend checking with Pep Boys because they sell a wide variety of screws and bolts for vehicles.
