Is this all I need aside from the fog lights, or will my 97 main lights etc need to be replaced as well??? inshort, how much of an *** pain am I look'n at???

as far as know it should just bolt right up on there. that doesnt come with the header panel that goes behind the grille so if it fits on that then you shouldnt have to switch head lights. i got the same grille surround for my 03 and it was kinda tought to get on there because it was aftermarket.

 

well for 1, i would get a color matched upper frame i dont like the chrome ones. But yes, new '99 - '03 fogs will be neaded, and should probably bolt right on but... might need a new reinforcment

 

I've done this swap in the past so I can help. They are including everything you need EXCEPT the bumper brackets. They are what holds the bumper to the frame. The 97 - 98's are different and WILL NOT work. Go to the ford dealer and get the 99-03 brackets. They are under $5 a piece. Your headlights are the same, so those only need to be removed to get them out of the way during the swap. If you have worked on a car before, this is a really easy swap. The hardest part is closing the gap between the grill surround and the upper bumper pad, but that is trial and error. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
