Bumper trim replacement

Coming into my garage a couple days ago I bumped the door frame and tore the plastic piece that goes on top of the front bumper on my pacific green metallic 98 F-150 XLT 4x4. The chrome bumper is fine but now I need to replace that trim piece (don't know it's exact name). Those appear to be molded in plastic that is body color (not painted, if I'm not mistaken). I can't seem to find one online anywhere except flat black ones and wonder if anyone knows where I can get a replacment in my color? Does the dealer still sell these and does anyone have an idea of the cost? Thanks.

AFAIK, all the replacements come in black now, and need to be painted. I had to have mine painted as well.

That's what I was afraid of. I'll check the wrecking yards here locally but I suspect I'll end up getting a replacement painted. Thanks.
