lower wiperblade assemblys?

My passenger wiper assembly looks bad, its up higher than the left, I was wondering if anybody knows how to lower them. I know how to do it with Explorers but F150 wiper assemblys are different so I dont know. any advice?

The same way you do on the Explorer.

Pull the wiper arm up about 15-20 degrees off the window. At the bottom, you'll see a little tab. Gently pull that tab to the side as you move the arm back down towards the windshield. As the arm gets closer to the windshield, the tab will pop out, and the arm will come down and rest on it, holding that tab out. Then, pop the whole base off the splined shaft and turn it one tooth in the direction it needs to go. When you reinstall it, don't try and force the little clip back in. Put one hand on the base pushing it down onto the spline, and use the other hand to lift the wiper blaed back off the windshield. The retainer clip should pop back in and then you can lower the blade onto the windshield. Once you figure it out, it only takes about 10 seconds to pop them off.

Just looking at yours, I suspect the problem isn't with the passenger side, it's the driver's side arm. I suspect someone had it off at one time and put it back on one notch too low.
