I've got a '95 beater150 and I'm thinking about making a stake bed (flat bed - is that the proper term?). The bed as it stands needs to have dents removed (which may be impossible for the tailgate) and I figure if I have to spend money, I might as well make something more functional.

Has anyone done this type of thing?
Got any ideas of how stake beds for larger trucks are made by the OEM's?
