Question Leather seat panel replacement

I have a worn out leather seat in my 98 Lariat. I have 60/40 split but I am only replacing the drivers side, the seat back is fine. What do I need to do to get the "old" one off? Do I need to take the seat out or are there just clips to remove? I looked under there it is very hard to see what is going on.. Thanks
