Door dented itself?

The drivers door on my 00 F150 has a dent now. At first I thought that it was a door ding, but the more I look at it, it looks dented from the inside. Its about 2/3 the way up. The morning of the day I noticed it I remember hearing a popping sound when I rolled the window down. Anybody have any thoughts?

Yeah it opens fine. The dent is about 2/3 up and kinda looks like a crease coming from the inside. I'll try to get a picture, but it will be hard to see the actual crease.

your best bet is gonna be to take the door panel off. I'll explain how if ya want.
