Replace 1998 passenger side mirror

I have a 1998 F150 with power nothing, and need to replace the passenger side mirror. How do you remove the side panel to get to the bottom two bolts? It seems that the whole panel will have to be taken off the door. TIA.

I am also interested in replacing a passanger side view mirror, only on a 1999 F-150. It is the mirror that has the triangular shaped cover over where the bolts are. I believe access is in the door panel? How do these come off and what are the difficulty issues?

Yes, access to the mirror is partially located behind the small easily removable triangular panel. Only one of the 3 bolts that attach the mirror to the door is accessible. The other 2 bolts are below this point and behind the main plastic door panel. Removal of this requires removal of the handle and probably some other things. I'm not sure the right way to go about this.
