Question switching bodies from a '98 to a '01

Because I like to make more work for myself...

I'm now driving a '98 F150 XL, extended cab, V6, 5spd, 2 wheel drive.

I have a chance on buying a 2001 F150 XLT, 5.4, auto extended cab 4x4 for cheap (maybe $1000) that was in a rollover accident. The cab and box are mostly trash but the frame, motor, trans, tranfercase and axles look ok.

If I buy the 2001 I want to remove the cab & box and replace it with the cab and box from the '98. It won't be easy I know!

I need to know if the body & box mounts are in the same place (or close enough) for me to do the switcheroo. Is the frame on both units are practically the same?
